Our Approach

A little art. A little science. Some great ideas.

Cooking is fun, and our approach to entertaining reflects that. Often, Matt and Chris will discuss a recipe over some beers, then they get together to try it out... with a few more beers. Then they repeat the process, usually because someone forgot to write down the exact recipe.

Our Story

Friends from high school in New Hampshire, Matt & Chris each developed cooking as a hobby and passion. After getting frustrated with the off-the-shelf spices that would find in their grocery stores, they each started making their own.

This then turned into hosting friends and family as they experimented with dishes, and soon they were receiving invitations to cook for others.

Matt Sullivan

Co- Founder & Sommelier

Matt is a New Hampshire native, where he still lives with his wife and daughters. Matt has qualifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirits Educational Trust, and is currently enrolled in an American Wines program at Cornell University.

By all counts, he is the better cook of the Two Guys and happens to be in charge of the website.

Chris Sweeney - Co-Founder - Two Spice Guys

Chris is a New Hampshire native, where he lives with his wife, daughters, and two dogs.

From single-handedly serving a 100 lbs. corned beef & cabbage feast on St. Patrick's Day or 5-course progressive tasting menus, Chris is fearless when it comes to food.
